How do I track my order?

Can I split my payment into four parts?

Yes! With Shop Pay, you can easily split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments at Palladine US. During checkout, simply choose Shop Pay Installments as your payment option. The first payment will be due at the time of purchase, and the remaining three will be automatically charged every two weeks. It's a great way to buy your favorite jewelry pieces without paying the full amount upfront!

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $100.

How long do it take for my Refund to process?

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund or exchange. We follow return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, or fraud).

How long does shipping usually takes?

Standard delivery for domestic shipping takes around 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). You can upgrade to two expedited shipping options for a fee during checkout. Both upgraded options follow our standard order processing time. If you need your order expedited after placing it, please contact us immediately via live chat or at Inquiry@palladineus.com, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Does PALLADINE ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using a variety of carriers selected for the fastest delivery speed possible.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via live chat or at inquiry@palladineus.com. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. We can help you process a return or exchange if your order has been fulfilled.

If I place multiple orders, will they arrive at the same time?

If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries as we craft each piece to order. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when.

What happened if my order is return to sender?

How long does my Refund going to take?

How do I care PALLADINE Chain, Bracelet or Ring?

Our jewelry is made to last, so wear it often and keep it in a microfiber pouch. Pat dry with a cloth towel after getting it wet.

Can I workout with my PALLADINE Chain, Bracelet or Ring?

You can work out in your chain, but we recommend drying it as soon as possible with a cloth towel. Like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability, keep it away from harsh chemicals.
